I'm not sure if green/red would tell me enough--maybe red for "Stop; do not change stitch count!" and green for "go ahead!" LOL

And, are kids ALLOWED to have larger shoe sizes than their parents? That doesn't seem right. Also, it would take longer to knit them socks!!Jenniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03231116607977696313noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19617188.post-64263788898321876662010-04-24T07:48:01.212-07:002010-04-24T07:48:01.212-07:00Delurking to tell you the I love the poker-chip id...Delurking to tell you the I love the poker-chip idea. I was doing it with a quarter that I had painted on with nailpolish, but it would often get snagged up and shoved in the change jar when I wasn't looking! What I use now is a stitch marker that is two little metal colored rings, one green and one red. So every time I come around, I just change it...and it stays on my needles, where nobody can snag it and spend it on ice cream LOL.

Your kid socks look adorable.
I used to love kid socks. Now my almost 13 year old wears shoes bigger than mine. Aye!!MsAmpuTeeHeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03733762919331458954noreply@blogger.com
